What it costs, before you ring
Emergency: burst pipe or flooding

Any hour. I stop the water first, then we look at what went and how long the repair takes.
Unblocking drains

With the auger or the pump, whichever the job needs. If it will not clear, you do not pay the call-out.
Tap or mixer repair

If the mixer is past saving I say so, and you buy one or I pick one up on the way.
Fitting sanitary ware

Boiler fitting and service

These prices cover the usual jobs. If it turns out to be something other than what you described, I give you the new price before I start, not after.
Questions
What people ask me on the phone
- How fast can you get here?
- For emergencies, the same day, usually within two or three hours. For everything else we agree a day and a one-hour window, not "sometime between eight and eight".
- What does the call-out cost?
- In Bucharest, nothing if I stay and do the work. If I only come to look and no work happens, 80 lei. In Ilfov I add the fuel, and I tell you the figure on the phone.
- Is there a guarantee?
- Twelve months on the work, written on the invoice. Parts carry the maker's guarantee.
- Do I buy the parts myself?
- Whichever is easier for you. Usually I pick them up on the way and put them on the invoice with the shop receipt next to it, so you can see nothing was added.
- Do you issue an invoice?
- Yes, every time, for people and for companies. Cash, card or transfer.
- Do you work weekends?
- Saturdays yes, normal hours. Sundays only emergencies.
